				SWIMMING POOL ARA has a medium-sized fenced swimming pool and a small children's pool reserved exclusively for children 5 years of age and under. Both pools are open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. All children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times even though a lifeguard is always on duty.

	Tennis Courts ARA has two lighted tennis courts which have recently been resurfaced and which are open between 6 am and 9.45 pm daily. Tennis coaching is available from our experienced crew of markers for a minimal fee. Courts may be reserved for 45 minute playing periods at the weekly adult or student sign-up draws.
	Social Time is to allow a maximum number of Club members to play tennis. Social time is from 10 am to 6.45 pm on weekends and American Embassy-announced holidays.

	Squash Courts ARA has an air-conditioned squash court which is open from 6 am to 9.45 pm daily. 45 minute periods can be booked on the sign up sheets and coaching is available from our squash markers at a minimal charge.

		Kiddies' Playgrounds and Playroom We have two kiddies' playgrounds with new equipment for both under 5's and older kids. We have a playroom where little children can play, crayon or watch a video. There is also a small lending library if they want to read or borrow books.

	Fitness Room ARA has a well-equipped and air-conditioned Fitness Room with TV/VCR and stereo.

	Video Club, Book Exchange and a Function Room We have a well-stocked Video Club where members can rent movies. It is also possible for new members to hire a TV/VCR from us. We have a book exchange and reading collection for members of the Club. Our recently refurbished Function Room is ideal for workshops and meetings.

	Volleyball, Ping-pong, Badminton and Basketball ARA has facilities for all these outdoor sports and the Volleyball Team meets Saturday afternoons.

	Outpost Pub and Rooftop Restaurant Our pleasant air-conditioned pub and open air rooftop bar and restaurant are open every day from 5 pm to 11 pm and 5 pm to 1 am during weekends. Dinner can be served here. Happy hour is from 6 pm to 8 pm with half price drinks and free popcorn! Smokers are not allowed in the pub bar but welcomed to the rooftop.

	Dining Facilities ARA provides members with great American-style breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Courtside Restaurant with both air-conditioned indoor and screened-in outdoor seating areas. The poolside Banana Cabana offers lunchtime and evening snacks every day. At the Embassy Canteen breakfast and lunch are served daily. Thursday evening is Pizza Night and we arrange a barbeque every Friday lunchtime at the Banana Cabana. ARA also offers full catering services from planning and preparation to serving and clean-up. Please see our catering menu for details. Many children enjoy their catered outdoor birthday parties on our playground and our special birthday cake designs are the best in town!
